We ordered a salad along with wings and sliders.
The salad was incomplete and when we asked for the tomato and cucumbers, the staff failed to inform us they no longer service those items.
When we asked for a refund or replacement, it was denied.
When I asked to see if I could speak to a manager, he wouldn’t come out from the back to talk to us.
We were willing to pay for the food, just wanted what we ordered.
And the manager was very unprofessional.

Dani was the best.
I come in regularly because not only is the service great but the wings made by the cooks are outstanding! Rob is always very welcoming as well as Kim when she is here working.
All around the hooters staff makes me keep on comin’ back!

Ordered 20 wings and fries for $36.
Clicked the extra crispy button for both.
The fries are barely cooked and cold.
The wings are lukewarm and soggy.
I haven't had Hooters in years and this is not a good impression at all.
Totally disappointing order.
Waste of $36.
