I recently visited Hong Kong Restaurant, and while my experience was mixed, there were moments of delight.

I tried the spicy General Tso's chicken, and it was one of the best I've had in Fort Wayne, with tender chunks and a perfect sauce. The pork egg rolls were also a standout - crispy and full of flavor!

However, the chicken noodle soup felt bland, and the crispy noodles didn’t impress. I was disappointed to find the "Chicken Two Ways" was no longer on the menu.

The service was polite, but the atmosphere seemed a tad neglected - sticky tables and hidden silverware were off-putting. I'm hopeful they can recapture their former glory - it could
