There were 6 of us and most of us got different flavor bowls.
They were all good, but beware, the mild is not mild by a long shot.
The potstickers and crab rangoons were delicious.
Service was not great, not once did she get us refills.
Not once did we see her after we got our food till she brought checks.
I will definitely come back though.

We are on a quest to find the best ramen in Nashville or close to it.
We tried the garlic one and it was good.
The only thing I didn't like was the bamboo flavor, it was too strong for me.
The gyozas were good too.

We had an excellent time here on a Saturday.
We stopped in on a whim after an early matinee movie.
The specials were different types of steamed buns.
We chose the steamed pork buns, there were four to an order.
They were great! We then ordered the garlic tonkotsu ramen and the spicy beef ramen.
The presentation for both bowls was excellent.
The garlic tonkotsu was EPIC.
The flavor was so good! The spicy beef was very good but I preferred the garlic tonkotsu because the broth base was just out of this world.
The portions are substantial so come hungry.
The only thing I would say about the experience that could use improvement was the sparse atmosphere.
They have music playing, tv's showing programming, and everything is clean, neat and tidy, and it is a pleasant and relaxing ambiance.
However, I personally would like more flair from the overall experience when dining out, so I would suggest either some more authentic decorations or some different lighting and wall textures/window treatments.
Overall, though, a great experience in the Boro.
