Hinoki Poke is a delightful gem nestled in the Village at Rancharrah! 🍣 I had never experienced poke before, but I decided to go all in with salmon, tuna, and shrimp paired with spicy mayo and teriyaki sauce, along with refreshing mango, edamame, and pineapple. Each bite was a unique little adventure, especially when savoring the toppings separately!

The clean space and friendly staff really enhanced the experience. They took the time to tailor my order perfectly. Plus, the portions are generous without the usual extra fees. I can't wait to return for another delicious bowl! 🌟
