Himalayan Range Nepali Restaurant is a hidden gem in Cary, NC! 🌟 The chicken coconut curry is a must-try; the blend of spices and shaved coconut creates an irresistible balance of flavors. I opted for the Spicy-Hot level, and it delivered a delightful kick!

The Tandoori Mix Plate was another standout, with tender chicken resting on perfectly caramelized onions. And don’t skip the vegetarian samosas - they're the best I've ever had!

Overall, the service was friendly, though a tad less attentive than I would have liked. Can’t wait to come back for more delicious eats! 🍛
