Hibachi Sushi Grill & Buffet offers a cozy atmosphere and an expansive buffet that caters to various tastes. The sushi selection could use a bit more frequent replenishment, but what they had was fresh and flavorful. I especially enjoyed their great tea selection, though some drinks took a while to be refilled.

Despite a prior kitchen challenge, the owner has done a commendable job bringing everything back to a high standard. I appreciated the accessible layout and ample parking. Definitely worth checking out for a satisfying meal! 🍣
