I recently had lunch at Herbies and was pleasantly surprised by the vibrant menu. We kicked things off with the hummus and garlic bread - absolutely delightful! For the main course, I tried the vegan lasagna, which was surprisingly rich and flavorful. The cozy atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy our meals. The staff, led by the friendly owner Mikey, really made us feel welcome. I can’t wait to return for more of their creative dishes! 🌱
