For mains, the Crawfish Étouffée stole the show with its creamy sauce, though a touch more depth of flavor would’ve been stellar! The Jambalaya brought the heat - finally, a dish that didn’t hold back!

And don’t skip the cornbread; it’s a must-try. 🌽
