Restaurant
he food was incredible, the crab and artichoke dip was amazing. As well as all four of our meals were very very good. The service was spectacular and they were there to re fill our drinks very fast.As well as the vibe was great in the restaurant.I 100% recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes food with a little spice.
Simply Superb! An authentic taste of the French Quarter right here in Omaha! There’s not a bad dish on the menu, but I especially recommend opening with the Artichoke Crab Dip and the Shrimp Cocktail. Then dive into the Étouffée which boasts generous portions of crawfish on rice with a deliciously spiced creamy cajun sauce.Get a side of bread with this one to fully enjoy all it has to offer. If you’ve got a big appetite, add-on an order of Red Beans & Rice for another taste of a staple creole dish. Also, put a little spin on all of it with their assortment of house made hot sauces, each of which were uniquely packed with flavor.I thoroughly enjoyed this dining experience brought by friendly staff and exceptional chefs all who left no detail unattended. Can’t wait to go back and try the Blackened Shrimp & Grits with Bacon Collard Greens!
Service was friendly and timely. The atmosphere inviting. It's hard to serve authentic Cajun food in the middle of the country...Great job on presentation. I started with the artichoke crab dip.It was a little salty, but not over the top.The toast slices were hot and fresh. Crawfish etouffee for the main dish. The rice was plump and sticky, as it should be.Overstated spices with bay, standing out.Pleasing taste Cooked well but lacked that dark roux flavor expected with etouffee.Still a good dish. Bread pudding for the dessert. It had all the components with a buttery caramelized sugar flavor.A scoop of cinnamon ice cream alamode would have made it perfect. I would explore more of the menu. Not busy @ 5:00 pm on a Sunday.Nothing really stood out to my discerning pallet.Looked like an upscale bar with better than average pub food.
