Heiwa Shokudo has quickly become one of my favorite spots in Asheville. The vegan ramen is a delight, with a rich broth and rice noodles that hit the spot. I also ventured into their unique sushi offerings, like the Hamachi Freak roll - simple yet fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is cozy, perfect for a laid-back meal, and the friendly staff made me feel right at home. Although parking can be tricky, the tasty food and welcoming vibe are well worth it! 🍜
