Heavenly Taste Deli offers a cozy spot for comfort food lovers. I sampled their beans, rice, and gravy, which transported me straight back to my grandmother's kitchen - pure nostalgia! The oxtails also receive high praise; you're not likely to find them better elsewhere in Lafayette.

The staff was welcoming, although I did notice a slight wait. Its inclusive environment makes it a great choice for diverse diners, and I valued the speedy takeaway options. A solid pitstop! 🌟
