Haveli Indian Restaurant & Lounge

I remember this location under its previous management.
It has been Haveli for about 19 months.
A friend and I were very glad to find this place, which should be busier given the value, very friendly service and spacious set up.
There was plenty of room to enjoy a relaxing lunch.
The buffet was a generous selection of dishes.
You may also order off the menu.
My friend and I will be going back.

I recently had an unfortunate experience at Haveli that left me thoroughly disappointed.
My family and I ordered a substantial amount of food, spending $450 in total.
However, our dining experience took a turn for the worse when we discovered that one of the trays served to us contained raw food. Upon reaching out to the restaurant to address the issue, instead of receiving an apology, we were met with blame-shifting.
The staff questioned why we didn't return the food immediately, as if the responsibility for the mistake was solely ours.
This lack of accountability and customer service was incredibly frustrating. A restaurant's response to a mistake is crucial, and unfortunately, Haveli failed to meet even the basic standards.
The raw food incident, coupled with the dismissive attitude we encountered, has left a lasting negative impression.
I expected much better from a place that charges premium prices for its offerings. I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for others considering dining at Haveli.
It's disheartening when a restaurant prioritizes shifting blame over acknowledging and rectifying mistakes.

Went with some friends on the weekend for the lunch buffet.
They had a variety of choices-- more than what I'm used to for an Indian buffet which is amazing.
Everyone loved the chicken tikka masala as the chicken was nice and tender with enough heat for flavor but not too spicy.
Even the paneer cheese was tender in other dishes when I'm used to them being rock hard.
Garlic Naan is a must. My friends also enjoyed the fried fish, kheer, goat/lamb? curry, and chickpeas.
Honestly we've been looking for a new go to place for Indian food for awhile now and this place hits the spot.
The buffet food was kept piping hot too with staff checking the food regularly. Would absolutely recommend and I'm writing this review to hopefully help them out so they stay in business so I can keep eating there.
