I have not been to Hardee’s for sometime.
I went this week and got the breakfast platter.
Very disappointed the biscuit was flat as a pancake and so hard it was inedible the whole breakfast was cold.
I understand places have a bad day so I went back this morning to give it another try.
Ordered a bacon egg & cheese biscuit.
It was cold, missing the bacon and was the worst thing I’ve ever seen.
Would have taken it back but was heading out of town and had no time to go back.
This will be the last time I will give them my business unfortunately.

$2.89 for a large water! And a bacon, egg and cheese that looks like it's been dropped on the floor and stomped on.......just go on down the road to McDonald's.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS SITE!! I really do wish there was a zero star option.
Went thru the drive thru on 6/22 at around 8:00 A.M.
as soon as we pull up the lady on the microphone has a very terrible attitude as if one where I was bothering her kinda of attitude.
I ordered a “loaded omelet biscuit” without “is that all?” She read me my total.
Well I also had my wife with me so I was waiting on her to give me what she wanted.
I told the lady in the microphone I weren’t don’t.
So I proceeded to order another loaded omelet biscuit for my wife and the lady says “so you want the meal!” Very aggressively and not very nice.
So now I’m a little irritated and told her I needed a biscuit only and a meal as well.
She proceeded to have a terrible attitude to the point me and my wife decided to drive off without ordering.
This was absolutely a terrible experience and very very unprofessional manor of treating someone who is there to get a simple breakfast.
Terrible!
