This place always underserved their fries when ordering online, their food always looks a mess when you open your wrapping.
If you ask for something not being on your burger (onions, tomatoes, lettuce) they ignore it.
Their inside is never open when the schedule posted states they are.
Only reason I’m forced to come get food here is because they are the closes place to get food.
The day literally any other fast food place opens up I’m never eating at this location again.

Lady at the cash register was one angry and belligerent person! Was complaining about fellow employees to us while taking our orders.
The whole ordering experience was awful.
Then when we asked for the cream (hidden behind the coffee machine on the counter), she said “it’s in yo face” to my wife.
We tried to be nice and just get through the experience up to that point, but that was it for us.
I asked for the manager and got our money back.
We left without food and wasted twenty minutes there.

Ok so please help me understand when I paid $8.52 and asked for my money back because the food and service was horrible why I only received $4.80 instead of the full price of $8.52 I want the remaining $3.72 put back on my card! I didn’t take the food so therefore I want all of my money back not just half!!! I would give 0 stars because this place is absolutely awful!!!! Waited 25 minutes to be served, when I did receive my food it was in a damn dog bowl!!! I am not a dog! This location needs new training and new staff pronto!!!! The manager doesn’t even know what he is doing!!!! Never returning!! I still haven’t received my refund yet it’s been 5 days!!!
