The food at this establishment is absolutely incredible and the service is even better! I had the pleasure of dining alone for lunch time and was seated at the bar.
I had the honor of being served by Victor who was by far the most incredible hard rock cafe employee I've ever met at any location.
He took the time to get to know me while I was there and provided me with top-notch service.
I want the management to recognize that having someone like Victor working for them is truly a blessing! Thank you Victor for making my stay and my lunch time special.

Hard Rock Hollywood was a great place for our very hungry family! Whenever we are in a city that has one, we are there! The service in Hollywood was exceptional.
I really wish i could remember our waiters name, but he was great and attentive.
Wish we were with his name, Lol.
We were there on Monday, Jan 15, after 6 pm.
😋 We can't wait to visit the next one in our travels!

This Hard Rock cafe has the worst customer service in LA.
I have been to many Hard Rock cafe other countries, but never faced such unfriendly staffs.
When we arrived, front staf didnt greet us (and no smile) and we were allocated to sit next to noisy family..
both left and right.
So we requested to move, and the lady didnt let us sit to area that we wanted..
told us that it had been booked (but we didnt see any reserve sign and the place was only 20% full!!!).
We waited almost 15 minutes, and no one came to take our order..
so we left the place.
While we left, non of the staffs tried to convince us to stay, not even say good bye or thank you for coming.
VERY BAD SERVICE!
