Happy Seasons Restaurant offers a vibrant introduction to Chinese cuisine right in the heart of Manchester's Chinatown. I visited around 8 PM and was surprised to find a line - definitely a sign of its popularity! The fried noodles were exceptional, boasting that delicious wok-fried aroma that made my mouth water.

While the BBQ pork was decent, I wished for a softer cut. The atmosphere feels a bit clinical, but honestly, the tasty dishes are what keep me coming back! I'll return for more deliciousness soon... 🥢
