Hai Noon has quickly become a favorite spot in Scottsdale! The cozy yet trendy ambiance sets the perfect backdrop for a memorable dining experience. I indulged in the flounder ceviche and signature pork-belly buns - each bite was a burst of flavor! The knowledgeable staff, along with Chef Nobou Fukuda, truly elevate the experience.
