Gyotaku Japanese Restaurant is a hidden gem in Niu Valley! 😍 I enjoyed a delightful lunch here with their fantastic vegetable tempura, which the attentive waitress made sure was cooked separately from shrimp, showing great care for dietary choices.

The atmosphere is calm and cozy, perfect for a relaxing dining experience. I also loved the chicken teriyaki - delicious and perfectly seasoned! Portions could be a tad bigger, but the flavor more than made up for it.

Definitely coming back to explore their sushi specials next time! 🍣✨
