Guasaca is a fantastic spot for a quick Latin American meal in Cary! I had the salmon arepa, and it was incredible - sautéed salmon with sweet plantains and a delightful cilantro sauce that had me savoring every bite!

Their chips and salsa are a must-try, too; the salsa has a surprising sweet aftertaste that keeps you coming back for more. The staff was friendly and efficient, making my experience even better. 😄
