I stumbled upon Guadalajara Restaurant while passing through Fresno, and it was a delightful surprise! 🌮 The cozy ambiance feels warm and welcoming, with friendly service that made me feel right at home.

I had the shredded beef, which was incredibly tender and bursting with flavor. The fresh-made tortillas complemented the dish perfectly. My friend loved the omelette too!

Though I found the menudo slightly lacking in flavor, I’m eager to give it another shot. This gem is definitely worth the visit and will become a regular spot for me! 🤩
