Guadalajara Del Centro is a vibrant find in downtown Houston! 🌮 The atmosphere is lovely - bright, colorful, and perfect for any occasion. I loved their Skinny Margaritas, super refreshing on a warm day!

I ordered the combo plate, which was delightful, especially the empanadas; I could have eaten a dozen of those! The tacos al pastor were also fantastic, packed with flavor.

Service was friendly, though a bit slow at times. Overall, great food and a cozy vibe make it a spot I’d visit again... maybe next time during happy hour! 🍹
