Grimaldi's Pizzeria is a delightful gem in Lexington! 🍕 Located at The Summit at Fritz Farm, the restaurant captures the spirit of a classic Brooklyn pizzeria. I ordered the 16” Margherita with Italian sausage, and it was divine! The thin, coal-fired crust had the perfect char and crunch, topped with fresh ingredients and a flavorful, vibrant sauce.

Though the wait for pizza was a tad long, it was well worth it. The atmosphere is warm, and the staff is attentive. I’ll definitely be back for that glorious pizza soon! 😍
