I have come here twice, and now likely never again or at least not again for a while.
Both times, my experiences haven't been up to par.
The seafood was good- which is what brought me back the second time.
Service is strange and slow at times- both personality wise and quality of attentiveness.
Not crazy about the man who appears to be an owner and everyone I interacted seemed to have an edge/negative vibe.
The "grade pending" rating sealed the deal for my no return.
You can have multiple violations and still get an "A" rating.
Grade pending isn't good.

Amazing authentic food! I'm still dreaming about the fish we ordered.
