We came here for dinner.
When we arrived, they seated us at a very, very low table (like to our knees) right next to the crowd at the bar.
They didn’t have any other tables to switch to, and because of the noise and the fact that we wanted to eat real food, we considered leaving.
We decided to stick it out and thankfully the food made up for it!!! We ordered the eggplant, the potatoes, the buffalo cauliflower, the olives, and the octopus.
I would highly recommend ALL of them, except maybe the octopus.
It was good and I liked the combination of flavors, but it was more large meaty chunks of octopus when I typically prefer more thin and crispy.
Overall, the food was fantastic.

Went there for a brunch with my friend and it was easy to get in, which is weird because it’s always full! Love the vibe at this place and the food was great!!! We got the avocado toast, the French toast and some coffee! Loved it! Service was also great!

I’ve never been to Great White - this restaurants’ bigger sister to compare but I loved my time at Gran Blanco.
We got here around 11am for brunch and it wasn’t too busy at all for a Sunday.
The only difficult thing is finding cheap parking nearby. The service was very friendly and everything they recommended that we ordered was delicious.
The cocktails are also very tasty! Just have to warn that the portions are on the smaller side so if you’re hungry I wouldn’t go for the fish tacos or ceviche.
The French toast was delicious and very rich.
I definitely would recommend to share this as a dessert with a friend.
All in all perfect experience at a very pretty and vibey spot in Venice Beach.
