I recently dined at Gourmet Bar & Grill, located within Novotel Edinburgh Park, and it was a delightful experience! The casual atmosphere is perfect for families and groups alike. I particularly enjoyed their vegan burger, which was flavorful and satisfying. The friendly staff, especially Izabela, made my cappuccino just right - definitely one of the best I’ve had!
