Golden Krust Caribbean Restaurant

This is the best Jamaican food spot in Poughkeepsie ! It’s not your typical Golden Krust ! The food , service , and atmosphere has never disappointed me ! It doesn’t matter what I order I’m always satisfied! Feels as if this Jamaican family really cooks their food with love.
I always feel welcomed and it’s beautiful when you walk in a restaurant and is greeted with a warm , friendly smile , bc honestly you don’t get that everywhere .
I come here and the breakfast, lunch, and dinner is always on point ! May God continue to bless the family and business !!

I been to other golden Krust but I must say with all respect that this golden Krust in Main Street is one of thee best I have had.
I feel the reason for this place to throb the way it does is because it’s an authentic Jamaican family that cooks their food with love and skill.

Golden Krust located in Pougkeepse is a decent and small establishment that serves delicious and authentic Jamaican food.
I frequent this restaurant for their beef patty’s and I appreciate the love and support they offer me to help with my physical disability by taking my order over the phone and then they would bring my order to my car outside.
I’m also deaf, and the light skin lady who often assists me is so sweet and patient.
I have recommended this particular restaurant to all my friends and families and they all were satisfied with the food and service.
If I’m to leave a suggestion, that would be for the establishment to expand its eating area.
Many times my friends tell me that they would love to sit and eat but inside is too small.
