Reviews

Instead of focusing on preparing and selling clean good tasting food, they polite the neighborhood with piles of garbage and grease on the sidewalk.
And playing loud obnoxious music late hours after closing with no respect for the homeowners in the area.
They allow their cook to do this and the owner lives right next door to the restaurant.
Do not patronize this business if you are a decent human being.

I was very disappointed this morning.
I used to buy their porridge, on a regular, from the 8th Ave store in the city in Midtown.
It was nice and creamy.
You can pour it out with no problems. This morning, I got something that had the texture of grits.
NASTY 🤮.
It had a ton of lumps, I needed a spoon to pour it out.
It didn't look like it had any milk in it.
Never again.
Not to mention, they NEVER answer the phone, no matter what time of day.
One time, I sat outside until 7:15 a.m., and they hadn't opened yet.

I would give a ZERO if I could.
My last 10 orders from Uber eats have ALL had issues or just flat out incorrect.
They NEVER call to let you know they are out of something they just chose a random item to substitute.
I gave this place too many chances.
Today they did it again.
I ordered a pack of coco bread and one bun& cheese.
I received 1 single dry old coco bread and gizzarda. NEVER AGAIN
