GK Mongolian BBQ is a hidden gem in Stockton! 🍜 The unique concept of choosing your own fresh ingredients for stir-fry is both fun and delicious. I loved mixing my veggies and selecting from their variety of sauces. The side of spring rolls and rice complemented the meal perfectly.

While the atmosphere is casual and family-friendly, I did notice some cleanliness issues - food on the floor during peak hours. However, the service was friendly and attentive, with no long wait for our meals. Overall, it was a great dining experience, and I can't wait to return! 😊🌟
