Ginger offers a refreshing taste of Korean cuisine in Eureka, and it truly delivers! The garlic broccoli is a must-try alongside the flavorful honey walnut prawns. I enjoyed a cozy solo dining experience, relishing the potstickers and beef galbi.

The atmosphere is casual yet trendy, perfect for both groups and casual diners. The owner even checked in on us, adding a personal touch. While some dishes felt a bit pricey, the comfort of the space and the fast service kept me coming back for more... 🌟
