I had a quick lunch at Gilders Fish Place, and the experience was of mixed quality. The fish was delightful - crispy, fresh, and cooked to perfection, but the chips left something to be desired. They were a bit stale, which was disappointing given the price. The casual vibe makes it perfect for a takeaway after a long day at the nearby theme park.
