George and Violet's is quickly becoming one of my favorite spots in Springfield! The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance of cozy and trendy, making it ideal for both casual lunches and special dinners. I tried their tri-tip reuben, which honestly set a new standard for me - so flavorful and satisfying!
The attention to detail is apparent, especially in their seasonal specials. Oh, and don’t skip dessert; the smoked earl grey ice cream was a delightful finish. Definitely planning another visit soon... 🍽️
