I recently celebrated my nephew’s birthday at Gazpachos Restaurant Bar, and it was a delightful experience! 🎉 We were a table of 8, and despite being seated in an awkward spot, the service was great.

The nopalitos with cheese and chicken was a standout - absolutely amazing! The poblano soup? A must-try. They even surprised us with a slice of chocoflan for the birthday boy, which was a sweet touch.

The artwork by Adriana Lash added a lovely ambiance. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot for families or friends, and I can’t wait to return and try the tapas! 🌮
