I had a decent experience at Full Moon Bar-B-Que during my visit. I tried the brisket, which was flavorful but a bit on the tougher side than I expected. The onion rings were a highlight - lightly battered and paired perfectly with their special dipping sauce. They also serve a unique sweet vinegar coleslaw that really intrigued me!

While it was a casual atmosphere, the service was pretty fast. Just a heads up, they often run out of ribs early, so plan accordingly. I'll be back to try the other menu items! 🍖
