I had a lovely dinner at Fuji Sushi Hibachi Restaurant! 🌟 We enjoyed the hibachi chicken and steak, which were beautifully presented, but I wished for a bit more flavor. The accompanying fried rice felt a bit plain.

However, the highlight was definitely the Japanese Red Snapper - so tender and moist, it’s a must-try!

The ambiance is perfect for a date night, despite my not-so-favorable opinion on the music. 🍶 Overall, it's a great spot to indulge in sushi and unwind, even if the service could use a little boost. I’ll be back for that snapper! 🍣
