I recently visited Fuji Ramen and Sushi and enjoyed a cozy evening out. The warm service made us feel right at home. I tried the Chili Goma ramen, which had a nice depth of flavor, though I felt the noodles could use a bit more chew.
The tempura was crispy and surprisingly better than many other spots. However, the sushi rolls didn’t impress - lacked the boldness I expected. Still, the atmosphere is welcoming for families and friends... I’d return for the ramen! 🍜
