I recently visited FRESH Healthy Cafe in Calgary and was pleasantly surprised by their diverse menu. I tried the Teriyaki Power Bowl and a PB2 Smoothie Bowl - both were packed with flavors yet light on the stomach. The cozy, casual atmosphere made it easy to relax while enjoying my meal. The staff, especially Aisha, was friendly and welcoming, making it feel like a true community spot. Great healthy options at reasonable prices! I’m definitely coming back! 🌱
