Service excellent, taste great, the size of my so called monster burrito laughable.I understand the times we live in, but really Freebirds.My burrito was so small it took me about 6 bites and it was done.Like I said your employees are great the food is good, but please make your burritos match the $15 dollar price tag.That said I will still eat at Freebirds because I like it just that much.Just make a monster burrito an actual monster burrito please.

Food was ok not so fresh & hot, most containers were empty, service was ok, really quiet & straight to the point, & a lot of seats (wasn't busy).

I ordered a simple bean and cheese burrito, with pico and guacamole.It was huge and fresh.The young lady behind the counter explained that next time I came in to just ask for double beans because it would be a lot cheaper because they don't charge for extra beans.She refused to accept a tip, and said maybe next time when they got it right? I guess she meant explaining the way they price their products by what you add to them? Unfortunately I was only visiting my daughter and was leaving the next day to head home to Georgia.I wish I had gotten her name, she was so pleasant and helpful! The restaurant was immaculate and even their " make line" was super clean with fresh ingredients.I highly recommend anyone visiting or living in the Killeen area give it a try.A really appreciative visit and great service!
