I recently visited Frank's Cajun and Soul Kitchen and was pleasantly surprised by the food quality. I opted for the fried catfish platter with mac and cheese and collard greens. The portion sizes were generous, and the flavors were spot on - seasoned just right without being overpowering. I also tried the sweet potato pie, which was a perfect ending to a delightful meal! The only downside was that they ran out of cobbler. I can’t help but recommend this spot for anyone craving authentic soul food. 🍽️
