Franco's Pizza once held a special place in our family, with a thin crust that evoked memories of classic Chicago flavors. However, my recent experience fell short. We ordered a 16-inch double dough, but received two 14-inch pizzas instead. While they kindly offered a credit, I would have preferred the correct order. The ambiance suits a casual outing, and I still appreciate their quick service. I’ll be back, hoping for improvement, as I miss my favorite pizza spot! 🍕
