Founders Restaurant is a hidden gem in Winston-Salem! 🌟 Nestled in the charming Shaffner Inn, the atmosphere is cozy with lovely historic touches, like the wavy glass windows from 1907.
I indulged in the open-faced Monte Cristo and creamy New Orleans Shrimp & Grits - both were absolutely delicious!
Our server, Gary, was incredibly attentive and guided us through the gluten-free options, which was a pleasant surprise. The mimosas were delightful too!
Perfect for a relaxing brunch or special occasion. I can’t wait to return for dinner! 🍽️✨
