I recently stopped by Food Is Fuel in South Shields, and it was a delightful experience. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, perfect for a quick lunch. I tried their grilled chicken with sweet potato mash, and it was cooked just right - super juicy and flavorful!

Their salad bar was fresh and vibrant, and I couldn't resist adding a chocolate brownie for dessert... absolutely delicious! The staff were friendly, making my visit even more enjoyable. I can’t wait to go back and explore more of their menu! 🍽️
