Flora's is a delightful find right in Lancaster! The inviting atmosphere blends art and dining beautifully. I was particularly impressed by the diverse menu featuring mouthwatering Puerto Rican dishes. The empanadas and tostones were standout stars, bursting with flavor.
Service was quick and friendly, with the owner keen to share her passion for the cuisine.
We loved the cozy vibe while enjoying a refreshing coffee afterward. Just a heads-up, they're closed Tuesday through Thursday unless you book an event. Can't wait to return! 🌟
