Five Modern Japanese is a delightful escape in Bend! The atmosphere is casual yet trendy, making it perfect for a relaxed dinner. I ordered the sashimi and was impressed by its freshness and variety. The cocktails, particularly the cold sake, complemented the meal beautifully. Service was friendly, though it did take some time to receive our dishes due to the busy Saturday crowd. Still, the cozy ambiance and thoughtful menu, including gluten-free options, made it a worthwhile experience. I’ll definitely be back! 🍣
