Five Guys

It had been awhile since I had visited this Five Guys.
The last time I went last year, it wasn’t that good.
Today, it was well-cooked food ( fries were really hot and burger perfectly cooked and dressed).
It was excellent.
I took time to compliment the manager on his food and staff.
Friendly and good.
Go!

Please hire more staff! I placed an online order and received a 10 minute “ready time” text.
I showed up 20 minutes after placing the order only to be met with one lone employee working the entire store by himself.
He was running from the register taking orders, to the grill making the orders.
But even with difficult customers distracting him, he kept his composure and remained professional and polite, and it’s because of that, I did not mind waiting even longer for my order to be done.
The young man’s name is Theo, and I hope this review reaches higher management because he needs to be rewarded somehow! He did not have to stay and put up with an entire restaurant and multiple patrons by himself for God knows how long, but he did and I commend him.

Best burgers period.
After a long day of moving some serious caloric intake was needed.
Cheeseburgers all the way and Cajun fries did the trick! My son had a peanut butter banana shake that was beyond delicious.
Staff was friendly, especially the young lady at the register who was extremely well trained.
Guided us through the ordering process by suggesting topping and verified our order upon completion.
Also saw the team cleaning the sidewalks during their downtime, nice attention to detail.
Will definitely visit this location again.
