I recently visited Five Guys in Raleigh, North Carolina and was overall impressed with the experience.
The restaurant is in a convenient location with plenty of parking, making it an easy choice for a quick and delicious meal. The food at Five Guys is undeniably tasty, with great options for burgers, fries, and milkshakes.
However, I couldn't help but feel that the prices were a bit steep for what you get.

The staff were friendly and attentive, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained.

I came in with my family earlier and it was high quality food with poor emotions with the staff.
The manager had a mask on and she didn’t seem fit for her position, she had everyone in a miserable state of mind.
The young man making our fries was very respectful for everyone.
Should be him in the manager role.
Otherwise the food was great and we enjoyed everything.

Every while, you have to deal with a messy burger.
French fries are great.
The peanuts are a highlight of the meal.
