Our first time here at First Watch, and it will not be our last time.
We'll have to return again to try other dishes on the menu.
We arrived early on Father's day 06/16/24 and there was only a few tables with other guests.
We were seated with a friendly smile from the hostess who seated us in a booth and we were told our server Nicole would be by soon.
It took awhile and still no sign of our server, so I decided to head to the counter and ask our hostess for some coffee.
Finally Nicole arrived with our container of coffee and a friendly smile.
We talked about the menu being first time customers and were told about favorite items on the menu (which have a box around them).
She told us about her favorites and we asked her to give us a moment.
We looked over the menu and decided so we were able to catch her heading back to the kitchen area, gave her our order.
We ordered the avocado toast, poached eggs and bacon, also the Tri-Fecta, Belgium waffle, poached eggs and bacon.
It wasn't long before the place started getting more customers.
We arrived around 7:30am and by the time we finished our delicious meal the place was packed, people were starting to be seated outside in the outdoor section and some were waiting for a table at the door.

This a newer First Watch, server greeted us at the door and seated us.
We were given menus and recommendations, food was served quickly and was delicious.
I had the Hawaiian French Toast.
Not crowded at all at 8am and such a big place with lots of tables.
