First Watch in Boca Raton delivers a delightful breakfast experience. I recently visited for brunch and was pleased with how efficiently I was seated, despite the busy atmosphere. The Lemon Ricotta Pancakes were a standout - light and flavorful! I also tried the chef's special omelet, which was perfectly cooked. The staff were attentive and friendly throughout my visit. Although the prices are a bit steep, the quality of the food and service made it worthwhile. Will definitely be back! 🥞
