First Watch in Independence has quickly become our favorite brunch spot! The moment you walk in, the friendly atmosphere sets the tone for a great meal. I ordered the seasonal quinoa bowl, which was wonderfully fresh and packed with flavor, while my partner enjoyed the classic eggs Benedict - both dishes were spot on.

The service could be a little quicker, especially when it comes to drink refills, but the staff is always cheerful and attentive. Don't skip the specials; they're often a delightful surprise. A must-visit for any breakfast lover! ☕️
