First Watch in Olathe is a breakfast haven! 🌟

I recently visited with friends, and the lively atmosphere instantly impressed me. The menu is a delightful mix of options - everything from the Farm Breakfast Tacos to the elegantly fluffy Waffles is a must-try. I especially enjoyed the Shishito Brisket Hash; it was rich and satisfying! The staff were exceptionally friendly, adding to the cozy vibe.

Plus, I snagged a cookbook to recreate those flavors at home! Can't wait for my next visit... 😋
