Went with my daughter and her boyfriend it wasn't busy in the store at all so we decided to dine in.Apparently after waiting 15 min they tell me the warmer didn't warm our meat and asked if we wanted them to microwave our sandwiches. My daughter had bacon on hers thst didn't get cooked at all and was a nice

The manager at this location is absolutely awful!! She instsntly had an attitude when we approached the register.She didnt say hi.While trying to order, her getting clarification of the order, she was so rude, and condensending.Not only in the tone of voice she uses but the way she looks at you.She even was speaking to my son in this way when he was trying to make his order.He's 11.She also tried to gas light him in making him think he ordered something when he didn't say he wanted (he did a build your own) It was absolutely awful and unacceptable.I ended up telling her to cancel the order and we left.

Horrible experience.And whoever the manager is needs to be removed.I ordered on the app, made a mistake, tried to fix it but it told me to call the store so I did and they told me they couldn’t do anything about it.I asked for them to cancel the order and they told me to do it on the app.I tried, then the app told me AGAIN to call the store.So I called the store tried canceling the order and getting a refund and she told me no.I literally had to go up there and cause a whole ordeal & the area manager had to show up cause even when I went up there they were refusing to refund! Absolutely ridiculous, I’ve worked years and years of customer service and no customer should ever be treated with this amount of disrespect.
