I visited Firehouse Subs in Fort Smith with my family, hoping for a delightful meal. The variety of sandwich options is impressive, and I love their hook & ladder sub! However, our experience was marred by the service.

We had to wait longer than expected, and the warmers weren't working, which dampened our spirits. The manager’s attitude left much to be desired - she was quite condescending. Although the food was tasty, the customer service needs improvement. I hope for a better experience next time... 🌟
