Firehouse Subs in Columbia Pointe has its ups and downs. The sandwiches are tasty, especially the Hook & Ladder, packed with flavors. However, I was disappointed by the service - arriving shortly before closing, we felt like we were imposing.

The staff seemed overwhelmed, taking a while to take our order. Also, the cleanliness was questionable, as I noticed surfaces needed attention. If you visit, hopefully, you'll have a better experience, but I may think twice before returning. 🍽️
